| Ohio's Concealed
Carry Laws
|
On April 8th, 2007 Ohio House Bill 12 became law, which
created a license system and numerous statutes that define
the details of applying, training for, and carrying a
firearm in Ohio. Finding and navigating those statutes can
be very complicated and confusing.
An OFCC
member and forums contributor put together a collection of
relevant links to the State of Ohio's online repository of
the Ohio Revised Code. The revised code websites linked to
below are not maintained by Ohioans For Concealed Carry.
For questions about the practices and specifics of Ohio's
concealed carry law see the FAQ link at the top of this
website or search the forums (also available in the menu
above).
